HOW TO DRESS YOURSELF HAPPY
Clothes should make you happy. If yours don’t, we suggest adding more colour.
Because to put it simply, it starts with colour. Studies suggest that orange, pink and warm tones have an uplifting, energising effect on our mood, while blues and greens make us feel calmer. What certainly feels true is that by wearing bright colours you project an energy and warmth into the world that gets reflected back; and there is a lot to love about that statement.
Sure, an outfit isn’t going to save you from the apocalypse, but if a bright matching set or a colour pop statement piece has even a droplet of potential to make us enjoy the day more, it’s an experiment worth trying.
