We want you to love your Band of Boys + The Girl Club pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Refunds

We offer refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, please email us at:
hello@bandofboys.co.nz

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price only (excluding shipping)
  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method
  • Returns are assessed within 1–3 working days of being received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from marks
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

New Zealand Orders:

  • Email us at hello@bandofboys.co.nz to get started
  • Follow the return instructions provided
  • Return shipping is at your cost

International Orders:

We do not offer direct exchanges on international orders.
To exchange, please:

  1. Return your item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

 

Important Notes

Sale Items

  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty
  • Includes items purchased with discount codes and Last Chance products
  • Excludes first purchase 10% discount

 

Socks, Hats & Hair Accessories

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns (unless faulty) on these items once opened.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will replace the item where possible
  • If unavailable, a store credit will be issued

After 14 days, faulty claims will be assessed at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for items stored unworn for extended periods
  • Items outside the current season are considered outside our warranty period
