EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We will happily exchange or refund you the purchase price of any full priced item you are not happy with, so long as it is returned in its original condition and is unworn, unwashed and unmarked, within 14 days . Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what item you would like exchanged and we will let you know what the next steps are. You will be required to cover the return shipping back to Band of Boys and we will happily sort out the rest. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale purchases.
If you change your mind on a purchase we are unfortunately unable to offer a direct exchange on items that are delivered outside of New Zealand. We are however happy for you to return the item back to us at your own cost for a refund of the purchase price of the garments, you will then be able to put through a new order for the different size or style you are after. Please email email@example.com for more details.
If in the rare event that you do receive something from us that isn't up to scratch, please email us straight away with a photo of the fault at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort out either a replacement or a refund. We only want happy customers and we stand behind our product 100%.
