Dopamine dressing has gone to the next level. In more simple terms – colour on colour tonal dressing is all the rage. It’s about selecting one colour and building your entire outfit around it and playing around with texture if you want to inject a bit more drama into things. Matching accessories, earn extra points.
Bold Colours
Most winters we find ourselves stuck in a bit of a drab colour rut, but not this year. Pack-a-punch colours like hot pink, bright blue, green or red have become what everyone is searching for. You don’t need to wear them from head-to-toe if that’s not your jam, but try adding a touch of something attention-grabbing, like a bright colour pop jumper atop your go-to jeans, to switch things up.
Textures
This winter is less about prints and patterns and more about adding depth to your look with textures. Faux fur, shearling, rib cotton and chunky knits are all fun options.
