We want you to be completely satisfied with your BAND OF BOYS + THE GIRL CLUB items.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy, we accept returns and offer credit, refunds, or exchanges for any full-priced item within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to request a return, please email us at hello@bandofboys.co.nz with your order number and reason for return and we can help you with next steps.
- Please note that we do NOT offer refunds on any SALE items for any reason unless they are faulty so please choose carefully.
- All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us. If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.
- All item(s) must be returned: unworn, unwashed and free of marks with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging for a refund to be eligible.
If you have ordered a full priced product and it is the wrong size or you just want to swap out the style you ordered for something else then we are happy to help you out with an exchange, provided the item/s were purchased at full price and it is within 14 days of your order being received.

Exchanges within New Zealand
If your order was delivered within NZ and you would like to exchange an item(s) then please email us at hello@bandofboys.co.nz with your order number and the details of what you would like to exchange and we will help you with next steps. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
International Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason on international orders. If you would like to change your order, you will need to request a refund, send the item(s) back to us and then purchase the item(s) you would like online. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us. If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.
For hygiene reasons we cannot under any circumstances accept a return (unless faulty) of socks, hats or hair accessories that have been opened out of their packaging. Please note that we do NOT offer exchanges or refunds on any SALE items for any reason unless they are faulty so please choose carefully.
There will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on all SALE items. This includes all products sold using a discount code as well as everything within our Last Chance sale collection.
(Excludes our first purchase 10% discount).
Any garment received that is deemed faulty will be replaced with the same item if stock is available. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue you a credit note to the value of the purchase price. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you believe your item/s are faulty. Outside of this 14 day period any garments deemed faulty will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. We are strictly not liable for garments that have been purchased and then stored without wear for long periods of time. We encourage you to wash and check your purchases within a few days after receiving them. Any garment that is outside of the current season is strictly outside of our warranty period.
