A few weeks back we spent a fabulous seven days hanging out in Sydney catching up with new and old friends. Yes it’s a hard life!! While of course we got a bit, oh okay a lot of shopping in, most of our time was spent at the Sydney Trade Fair showing our spring/summer 2017.18 range to our customers and making new friends in the industry.
A few months ago we were introduced to the lovely Rosie from @fivelittlebirds through Mini Style, a mama of four who loves adventuring, gardening and celebrating family life. She did a photoshoot with her beautiful children all dressed in new season AW17 Band of Boys threads and we loved the results. Click through to see more of the rad pics.
Our SPOT ME winter 2017 collection has taken its inspiration for the colour palette from a typical winter’s day; when it is colder than cool, the sky is grey and the trees are a moody green from the fog and shadows. We then injected lots of playful and fun prints from the talented New Zealand illustrator Nadia Flower to create a collection that is all about cool sophistication.
This season we have introduced The Bones Collection to our range of summer threads. To put it simply, the Bones Collection pieces are wardrobe basics. They are the boys clothing that every style savvy parent needs in their little person’s wardrobe to help some of the bolder garments look their best.
The Band of Boys Summer on Repeat SS16.17 collection embodies the idea of a cool summer vibe that has us turning on the radio, wishing the clouds away, feeling the sunshine and hitting the sand with nothing else to do. Our perfect summer is this, day after day, on repeat. To help capture this summer feeling the Band of Boys creative team worked with the very talented New Zealand illustrator Nadia Flower on some of collection’s prints.
