10 Years of BOB: Q&A With Mum Tracey And Her 3 boys
This year marks a significant milestone for us - we’re celebrating 10 incredible years of Band of Boys!
We reached out to Mum Tracey and her three boys—Remi, Cooper, and Bodie—who have been fans since the early days and asked them a few questions:
How did you first discover Band of Boys, and what initially attracted you to the brand?
I first discovered Band of Boys when it was called Harlow. I saw a really cool drop back long sleeve T-shirt on Instagram which I purchased for my 3 year old son at the time who is now 12 years old. The rest is history.

Over the years, what specific qualities or features of Band of Boys' clothing have kept you coming back for more?
I love the quality. It washes so well and doesn’t fade. The boys pants and shorts specifically were always a really good fit on my eldest son who had a tiny waist and most shorts fell straight off him BOB were the only shorts/pants I found that were the perfect fit.
Are there specific Band of Boys' designs or collections that stand out as your favourites, and why?
I have always loved the pjs style. Specific design is the army green snake pjs from about 4 seasons ago. They were winter and the boys loved them! The black denim jeans were also a standout fit and looked so good dressed up or down. Boardies every season are always a hit.
How has Band of Boys contributed to your children’s self-expression and confidence through clothing?
They love being able to choose their own outfits from the large range. I love that most things are so easy to mix and match to make multiple outfit options.
In your opinion, what sets Band of Boys apart from other boys' clothing brands in the market?
The quality, the fit, the range size as there is always something for everyone design wise.
As a long-time customer, do you have any suggestions or wishes for the future of Band of Boys?
My boys would love more ocean inspired designs. They love fishing and anything and everything ocean/beach related.
