New Zealand Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $149
- $10 urban | $12 rural for orders under $149
- Delivery within 2–4 working days
- Rural & South Island addresses may take an additional day
Australia Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD
- $25 AUD standard shipping for orders under $199
- DHL Express available (calculated at checkout)
- Delivery typically within 3–8 working days
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via DHL Express
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Delivery within up to 6 working days depending on location

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy - just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the process.
